ID:	260949 So I got the LSG fired up @ 8:00am and the chuckies went on @ 9:00am. Dry brined for 36hrs. Nice coating of BBBR. Pit temps @ 9:15 268 left and 243 right. Meat temps chuckie on the left 77* on the right 61*. And it's dang cold outside.

      Yeah I've really fallen in love with it. And I agree with you RonB the cold is a bit much but what can you do. Don't think the wife will let me bring the pit in the nice warm house. Haha

ID:	261071 Ok so now 4:15hrs into the cook. Chuckies @ 167. I just wrapped them. Looking pretty good. Pit temps are a little wacky cause it's pretty windy left @ 293* right @ 245*. Definitely a bigger difference than I would like but it seems to be riding along pretty well
