I put up a post talking about how we do our reverse sear prime rib. Probably not as helpful for people on this forum, given how much great info you already have access to (Meathead's post, which we reference is a great one in and of itself), but is good for a lot of folks that read our blog that are new to barbecuing and cooking roasts.
This is one of our first posts doing a technique, so would love to get anyone's feedback on how we can make it better. Too long, too short, is it good info?
