That comes out to about $5.30/lb for 2 14-16lb Wagyu briskets!! Thats insane. Merry early Christmas to me.

The 16-18 pounders for just $10 more is a slightly better deal... I didn't need them, and I'm not in a position to afford them, but I bought a pair. For comparison, choice brisket flats are $6.79/lb here in NE PA. They are nicely trimmed, but still expensive. And they are really more for braising and slow cooking.

Well...my freezer is full with briskets and baby back ribs so I just settled on the American Wagyu End-Cut New York Strip

Thanks for the heads-up! I went with a couple of racks of ribs seeing as how my fridge / freezer is currently full of brisket and other tasty beef, but I'm rib deficient. Looking forward to smoking 'em!
