That comes out to about $5.30/lb for 2 14-16lb Wagyu briskets!! Thats insane. Merry early Christmas to me.

The 16-18 pounders for just $10 more is a slightly better deal... I didn't need them, and I'm not in a position to afford them, but I bought a pair. For comparison, choice brisket flats are $6.79/lb here in NE PA. They are nicely trimmed, but still expensive. And they are really more for braising and slow cooking.Last edited by Mosca; November 18, 2016, 01:23 PM.

Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks. I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
Well...my freezer is full with briskets and baby back ribs so I just settled on the American Wagyu End-Cut New York Strip
