    Because everyone around here says: "If there's no pictures, it didn't happen"......

    Here's the evidence. Did Meathead's Baltimore Pit Beef Sandwiches today - turned out great! Got a little overzealous with the gas grill when I was crisping the crust (Cajun, maybe?), but, in the end, it didn't matter. Everyone loved them!

    Thanks again, Meathead!

                  It was a bottom round, and the sauce is Meathead's "Secretariat Sauce" Pretty much followed the recipe exactly.

                            Never thought of cooking bottom round as a grilled roast. It looks beautiful! How was the tenderness?
