ID:	217785 Did mine on Sunday. Was feeling under the weather so I started late. Put em in at 1100 am and they finished at 605 pm. Was aiming for 6pm. Only got to hold em in cambro till 7 when I took em to the neighbors house. Total 11 lbs. first time for pulled beef. Didn't have time to take many pics. Everyone liked.
