              Same here! I used to just grill about 5 min per side with lid down, rotating once to get grill marks - worked well, but the reverse sear makes more sense and the two steaks we did this way were probably the best we've ever had --😀😀😀

                  Thanks guys! The reverse sear really works! A bit more tedious than what I used to do, but the meat comes out perfectly 😀👍😀 BTW - I used some BBBR on it 👍

                    When I first used the reverse sear I also thought it was tedious--"It's going to take how long? For a steak?" Well worth adding some time to prepare the meal. After a couple of runs you'll be used to it.

                      Just realized I should've finished it by painting on some of my "beef love" (leftover grease drippings from last weeks beef rib cook) - oh well! Next time ... 😀
