I received a new catalog from King Arthur Flour today. On page three was a recipe for Pirozhki, (stuffed buns). There was some smoked chuckie in the fridge, so I decided to make the recipe subbing my chuckie for the more traditional filling. They turned out very tasty, but could have used a little more filling. BTW - I didn't have any cheese powder, so I left it out. Here is a link to the recipe:
