Brisket is not always easy to come by in Sweden. An opportunity has come up where I can buy brisket in a bbq store here in Stockholm. It’s from Double R ranch, most likely a choice brisket. Has anyone else cooked these? Any recommendation in general, good enough to buy or stay away?

Our local Rosauer's grocery gets Snake River American Wagyu brisket, but flats only, no point. Meat market manager does not know what SR does with the points. So double check your purchase.
Same here in New England! I never see brisket points sold alone. Stores that have flats have no idea what happens to the point sections! (I've asked them all). I'm guessing it gets ground up for ground beef packaging???
