    It's 3 a.m. I must be lonely.....hehehe

Briskets doing well. Was able to sleep from 9:30 p.m. to 12:15 a.m. so I feel very awake tonight as opposed to the last two nights.

And there goes a cop siren.......love me some cucumbers with salt and pepper.

Go, Jerod ... It's late ... or a bit early ... here too!

One more brisket to go. The first two will be chilled and reheated so they are resting on the counter wrapped in foil. Both made it up to 200+ internal without wrapping in about 8 hours. So tender they were coming off the hooks.

I need to make some brioche along with 800 other things. French macarons included.

          Great job!

Sorry I am late to this party - been up for quite a while, but didn't check posts!

I like my dukes with some onions in oil and vinegar. Or just vinegar.

For me they must have salt and or ranch. Sometimes I eat my ranch with chicken nuggets, sometimes with cucumbers.

Been years since I did the vinegar thing. Love me some vinegar. And a nice barked up brisket point.
