    Best Method for Cooking a Waygu Chuck Steak

    Good Afternoon, I found this piece of Waygu in my freezer and plan to cook it Tuesday. It is currently salted and dry brining.

    There was no description on the label, but I'm fairly certain I recall purchasing a Waygu Chuck Steak this past Fall. It weighs just under 1lb.

    I don't know if I should try a low and slow approach like a mini brisket, or reverse sear it like a steak.

    I'd love to hear your thoughts on the best approach to cooking it

      Just a quick flow up on the Waygu Chuck. It came out good. My technique wasn't perfect, but close. Pretty tender. Great flavor.
