As with other members answering this question, I’ll divide it into two categories. Category one would be the steak of choice at a steakhouse, ribeye it is. Category two would be the steak of choice in my backyard, a t-bone would be sizzling on the grill. To me the environment dictates the cut and beverage, beer or wine.
