I just pulled a rack of beef back ribs off the PK. We're not ready to eat yet so I'm gonna let them cool, pick the meat (already falling off) and have "burnt ends" for dinner tonite with mashed potatoes! I'm guessing it will work out just fine. Anyone ever try it with rib meat before? Inquiering minds want to know!
