Guga takes a $1000 steak to restaurants to see if they will cook it for him.

I like Guga, but in small doses. Small doses because he thinks like I do, except he has more initiative to share stuff. It’s like watching myself act out my own thoughts, but with better production values. I can see myself doing everything that he does, but videoing and editing and sharing all that stuff looks too much like Work. I’m not interested in Work!

If you just clicked to see the text, and decide to skip the entire video, humor me by fast forwarding to the 12:00 minute mark.

Skipped to the 12:00 minute mark as requested, 🥸, wow, those tacos looked amazing! 😳 Now I’ll go ahead and watch the rest of it.

Have not watched, but judging by the thumbnail he has well-trimmed eyebrows.

Loved the tip about the agave syrup.

Also, note that Gabriel seared the fat around the edges of the steak.

He did, but didn't he cut it all off?

I thought he did it when he was cubing the steak. It was unclear whether he included some of it in the quesadillas or tacos.

First Guga video for me. From what I know about you here, Tom, I can see the similarities between you two experimentalists!

The quesadilla and tacos both looked amazing. I’m really curious about the caramelized agave syrup on the meat. I’ll be using a *slightly* cheaper cut of beef, but I definitely want to try this!

That’s a compliment I am proud to wear! Guga has far more initiative than I do, though. I’m curious, and try stuff, but if something is too involved I lose interest pretty quickly. Motivation has always been difficult for me. I always wanted to be a bum, but nobody would pay me to do that so I had to get a job.

Those tacos looked awesome. I am not a fan of cilantro, so take that spicy grass off, then I'll eat the tacos.
