Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
Guga takes a $1000 steak to restaurants to see if they will cook it for him.
I like Guga, but in small doses. Small doses because he thinks like I do, except he has more initiative to share stuff. It’s like watching myself act out my own thoughts, but with better production values. I can see myself doing everything that he does, but videoing and editing and sharing all that stuff looks too much like Work. I’m not interested in Work!

First Guga video for me. From what I know about you here, Tom, I can see the similarities between you two experimentalists!
The quesadilla and tacos both looked amazing. I’m really curious about the caramelized agave syrup on the meat. I’ll be using a *slightly* cheaper cut of beef, but I definitely want to try this!
That’s a compliment I am proud to wear! Guga has far more initiative than I do, though. I’m curious, and try stuff, but if something is too involved I lose interest pretty quickly. Motivation has always been difficult for me. I always wanted to be a bum, but nobody would pay me to do that so I had to get a job.
