God knows how old it is. It has to be from before I retired in 2021. I trimmed that grisly edge off to make sure it’s still red under there (it is). It smells fine (Wagyu can go sour faster because of all the fat). It’s salted for 6PM!

That’s a beautiful steak! It’s going to be great.

But this is why I have not gotten a stand alone freezer. I’d just fill it up and great meats etc I bought to eat and enjoy would go in there and be forgotten.

Anyway, enjoy the steak! Looking forward to seeing the results.
