    Going to be a fun day...

    Got a nice bed of hot coals and the pit has heated up and in goes the chuckie. The BB ribs will go on around 11 am

    DWCowles, I can smell the Smoke from here DW! It might be from the Forest (WILD) Fires in Alberta, Canada! Our Prevailing Wind is from the NW and we have had a Haze in the air for the past several Days! Some day you are going to have to open the Plenum above the Firebox and Post some Pic's. I have been trying to figure out how the "Lil Monster" works!

      I was thinking about checking my fireplace last night. I woke up and could smell the smoke as if it were outside. Crazy stuff man. Danjohnston949

      They sell two options. Wit Habanero and Wit out. The heat is not overwhelming by any means. But that stuff is awesome!! DWCowles

      A question on the beans. Why do you cover them? I was wondering if exposing them to the smoke would add some flavor. Thanks.

      bep35 I failed to mention that I did take the lid off about 30 mins before I took them out. The wife don't like them too smokey.
