rib eye steak v. rib steak - a distinction with only a bone difference
Got confused at a Wegmans Market by a label on what I thought was a "ribeye steak". Label said it was a "rib steak". Spent MUCH TOO MUCH time on line ferreting out the difference (Nats losing to Tampa Bay Rays so . . .). The DIFF is: "ribeye steak": has no bone chunk while a "rib steak" is bone-in. Been eating these for 40 years with and without bones and never knew there was a nomenclature difference.
