28 May is BOTH National Brisket Day and National Hamburger Day!

First of all, why didn't someone send the memo to AR for these auspicious days? And second, what genius decided to have both of these national days on 28 May?!?! That's just ridiculous. What, there aren't other days on the calendar available so that they could be divvied up?

Fortunately there is a separate National Cheeseburger Day, on 18 September. So we've got time to prepare for that one
