    How would you prepare WAGYU CORNED BEEF BRISKET???

    Ready, Set, GO!!!!!!!

    Need advice how to prepare this 2.6 lb. SRF's beauty. Should I try and make into pastrami, do I just smoke it or do I boil it?

    I would make it into pastrami using Meathead’s Katz recipe, which is the best on the free side IMO.

      I was just on the SRF site and almost ordered one, but decided to just get a brisket instead.

      Please do not boil it!!!
      Make it into pastrami. Check out the recipe here!

      Just PLEASE do not boil it. That steer deserves better.

      The results are spectacular. Just smoke that baby all the way to the finish line! I made one of these into pastrami and it was quite possibly the best thing I have ever made.
