I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.

Hahaha. This story just keeps getting better. Yesterday, I showed my buddy John who helps on the farm the pictures of the rib cook and told him I was going to look for more. John said he'd like some, too. At Publix, I only found two packages and no butcher seemed to be available behind the counter (it was the noon hour). I told John these were for me:
Only two bones in a package, but enough for a small meal.
John went back today and did find a butcher during the noon hour. He dropped these off in the fridge of the outdoor kitchen and texted that the two big packages were for me and the little one was for him.
Six or seven bones in the big ones and I think five in the "little" one. All cut just as generously and all still at $4,99 a pound. Given the holiday schedule, I think I'll have to freeze these to await a proper time to cook them. I'm thinking today's haul may go into a big cook for family (I'm pretty sure the grandkids will have a blast with them) plus John and then save yesterday's batch for sometime I'm cooking just for a treat for myself.
