Sunday evenings the wife and I like to kick back with a nice grilled steak. Last night was a pair of ribeyes from the beef we just had butchered. Look at that spinalis muscle! They were so good!
Wow that is beautiful! I put the calculator to it, we have just a touch over 4 dollars a pound invested in our beef. That includes the steaks, roasts, and hamburger meat. We had them save us a bunch of soup bones and tallow too.
