    I like them both but haven't seen any in my area in months. I can't justify the cost of mail ordering them.

        Sadly, not as good as they looked. Was a little too much fat for my taste, which says a lot.

      I usually stick with chuck ribs. I order them from Creekstone farms.

        I've heard so much about the ribs from Louie Mueller in TX that I was thinking of traveling there. Then I found them on Goldbelly for a small fortune ($189), but cheaper than the airfare.



        I ordered them and was very disappointed. Almost 50% fat and chewy. I've gone back to the ribs that are part of a prime rib roast with less meat, but delicious.

          That was one of my takeaways as well. But I may try the chuck version but not in the near future.
