Reverse seared 4 Wagyu NY Strips
on the PK 360. Used Jealous Devil big charcoal briquettes. The steaks are from a local producer out here in Western Kansas from whom we purchased a half a beef. They were delicious and with a quick salad and some potatoes Dauphinois it was a nice meal.
I apologize for the pics of the cut steak, however, with my iPhone I’m never to sure what’s the best way to get pics despite lots of kitchen light.
Looks delicious. I have not had Wagyu yet. These are quite mouth-watering, makes me want to go out and get a couple and grill them up! Or just come to your house!
