    Found this 20lb hunk of brisket on sale at Wally World ( under 35.00 bucks ) Trimmed it, salted it, then wrapped it and put in the fridge waiting on 5:00 AM

    That is a hunk!! I see blue CHOICE on the package.

    Is it a PRODject because it came with a complimentary cattle prod??
