    bought a strip loin

    Bought a 16# prime strip loin from Creekstone Farms. Trimmed and cut into 6 steaks then vacuum sealer them.
    These will be going on the Santa Maria.

    I'd been waiting months for them to have either the strip loins or rib loins back on sale, and I was happy to take delivery of a strip loin last week. Mine's wet aging for a good month or two prior to slicing up. Creekstone Farms' beef is such great stuff.
