Bought an Angus brisket yesterday, Swift brand unclassified as to select, choice or prime. Marbling was quite nice though. Reasonable price too! $56 for 15.5 pounds, or about $3.65 per pound. They only had 2 and I bought the best one. I really need another though, so I'll check again later in the week.
The store had whole beef tenderloins for about $7 a pound too!
I picked up a choice 14# brisket from the local grocery store that never has packer briskets. It was $3.49/lb and after trimming, smoking and wrapping for 16 hours it hit probe tender. Rested for three hours and the friends we had over could believe how good the meat tasted. They even ate the fat in the center of the slices, my dog was pissed.
