Burger Meat Seasoning and others

    Here is my burger seasoning mix, it hits the meat just before it hits the grill. Makes enough for 6 6oz pattys

    2.5 teaspoons kosher salt
    2 teaspoons paprika
    1.5 teaspoons black pepper
    .5 teaspoon accent (MSG)
    .5 teaspoon dark brown sugar
    .25 teaspoon onion powder
    .25 teaspoon garlic powder
    .25 teaspoon Chipotle powder

      Fortunately, I have an Asian market close by and the mushroom powder is easy. This looks good. I might try this one for the first round. And it gives ratios for pound of meat. Just what I needed.

        Awesome! Let us know how it works out. The key is not using any salt in the mix-ins for the burgers.
