I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
During a convention many years ago in Clearwater Florida, I had the pleasure to spend a few hours talking with Agnes Belushi. Jim was scheduled to be the guest but due to prior commitments he had to cancel and his mother took his place. After meeting her it was easy to figure out where the comedic talent for the Belushi family came from.
Just bought a birthday card for my wife this morning... since when did a danged birthday card go up to $6.99??!! What da heck??!! And we're not talking one of the pop-up ones, no audio, no ribbon wrapped around it, nothing - none of that crap, just a nice, flowery lookin' card. Seven frippin' dollars??? ARGH!

I have an annual subscription to Blue Mountain, an online greeting card company, and can send as many virtual cards as I want tear round. If I don’t select one of the premium gifts, it’s a freebie.
Oh no Mr Bill we are all set up for Pizza tomorrow. Didn't realize the date. Oh well, pizza is a great football watching meal. We'll celebrate later in the week.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

I know it’s not for this crowd, but McDonalds is giving out a free double cheeseburger if you spend $1. Gotta use their App and it is not all locations. Still love their fries though.
That's a great deal - for McDonald's! They give you a cheeseburger than literally cost them $0.12, and they get another install of their app on someone's smartphone - and all the push notifications and access that comes with it! Smart marketing - I resist nearly all such app things, for the most part.
Dang, would love to observe this important day, but I'm on the DL at the moment while my omicron booster kicks my butt. It's going like all the others thus far (couple degrees of fever, racking chills, nausea, weakness, etc) which means it'll probably be Monday before I'm ambulatory again. Maybe we'll order in some Five Guys tomorrow instead...
Thanks Richard -- no complaints whatsoever, sure beats being intubated. Fever seems to be gone today, thus far, so there is some improvement... assuming it goes like the other ones, at some point (probably tomorrow) it'll be as if someone flipped a switch, and I'll feel almost normal in the space of ten minutes...
I'm not doing cheeseburgers until tomorrow, either. We can both just be a day late, but post them anyway. Got some skirt steak tacos queued up for this evening.
Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
How 'bout some chili on dem cheeseburgers??? Chile/chili - it's close enough... which reminds me! I better pull out the Hatch chiles from the freezer, I'm thinking Hatch chile New Mexico-Okie onion smashburgers today with a fried egg, of course! W00T!!!
