    Prime rib

    Any ideas on what is the best way to cook the prime rib, Weber Genesis gas grill, Weber rotisserie or PBC

    I am using a primo kamado type ceramic with hickory for smoke. Did it last year with meatheads article and got rave reviews. Doing it again this year with a full 7 rib boneless roast.

      The rotisserie would work nicely or you might want to bake it low and slow in the PBC until it reaches 115° to 120° and then transfer it to your Genesis gasser to put a nice crust on it.😉

      Get the gasser up to Warp 10 heat and keep rotating your roast so you get that pretty dark mahogany brown color all over.👌

      Good luck on whatever method you choose and take pictures.

        well I started out on thr PBC and finished it on the gas Weber, 132 degrees internal temp and it was awsome
