Good day to all… so here’s my mental debate with myself… I’ve got hunk of chuck ribs that are 1.25 inches thick 2.5 pounds. Those 4 little, I don’t know what they’re called, cutlets? Riblets?, are 2 inches thick and the pack said 1.5 pounds. So if all uniform 6 ounces each. I plan on throwing them in the joe jr at around 250. So Throw them on at the same time and have little appetizers? Try to time it out and put the little guys on later?
