I’m wondering if anyone has an amazing recipe for Au Jus. I’m not going use the drippings this time from the prime rib, but rather a frozen beef stock I've made in the past, since it takes a while to simmer the Au Jus to the correct flavor. I’m thinking about cooking it in the crockpot a day in advance. So there will be no salt in the beef stock from scratch, any thoughts?
