Amazing Price for Dino Ribs (NAMP #123a)

We're having the neighbours over for dinner on Friday (dino ribs, mac and cheese, BBQ baked beans, and esquites, and Chipotle Infused Smoked Crème Brûlée for dessert). and I went to one of our local butchers today looking to see if I could get some plate ribs. They had one full rack of ribs 6, 7, and 8 so I had them cut them in half for me. This was 3.59 kgs of ribs (almost 8 lbs for those of you who can't count and calculate by 10's) for $13.50/kg for just around$48.00. This works out to about $6/lb CAD which would be about $4.65/lb USD. Granted they are untrimmed but man are these things meaty. Should serve the 5 of us just fine. 😎😁🐄🍖
