Think I paid $4.29/lb last weekend at Costco, the cheapest I've seen it in a while for Prime. I wasn't too impressed with the quality, though... looked fair at best. Bought three of 'em @ 16-17 lbs, but not for me, for a buddy. He's not nearly as picky as I am. lol
Hey, for planning purposes, about how long will a hunk of frozen brisket this size take to thaw in the fridge? A week? Biggest thing I've thawed thus far are pork butts that were only about 2/3 this weight, and those have thawed in a few days...
