DaveD check out Meat and Bone, being only a few more hours north of me (and likely closer to a proper mail hub) I would expect you would have the same experience as I did with them. Only caveat is you need to spend over 150 bones to make it worth it for free shipping.

yeah, only ordered from them once, but it was warm out. Everything arrived totally or at least mostly frozen. The fish was excellent, the beef back ribs I got were very meaty for back ribs, I'm doing some rack of veal from them later this week. It looks good in the cryo.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
