Wrong! I’m 6ft 3, 250, I love beef. I eat it because, done right, it’s taste so good. Texas isn’t known as the home of little insecure guys. I disagree with the entire premise. In college I saw football linemen eating steaks twice a day. They were as secure and manly as it gets. Good grief they had muscles in their teeth.
