Unfortunately after 80 years my local butcher /meat market has decided to close their doors. Sunday I had planned on smoking beef ribs but can't seem to find any that don't have to be ordered or sold only as full racks. Nosing through Walmart yesterday I saw these and thought maybe this would work for Sunday, curious if anybody has tried these, are they any good or is it the case of you get what you pay for?

I have seen and cooked the identical looking things from other stores. They have very little meat as others have said. I bet you don't buy them again, unless you haven't ever gotten better beef ribs, which can actually be hard to find in person. Online is the way to go for where I am for beef ribs.
