Congrats on a very fine cook! Educational for those of us who have yet to take the plunge. I have done a brisket point by itself, one time, and that's it. Not sure I'd want to try a full brisket unless I had a LOT more mouths to feed than just myself and my lovely bride... Thanks for a great thread!
Congratulations Micheal, on a great turnout for your brisket, and a really good write up! It’s amazing how intimidating it can sometimes be to cook a brisket, and really for no good reason. I still get a little bit nervous sometimes myself.
