If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
21 years? Rookie..... (just kidding). Wifey and me had our 40th a week ago.
Awesome looking meal. No matter how hard I try, or what method I use, I just don't seem to ever turn out a steak like that.

Thank you sir! To be fair, this was probably some of the finest starting material I've had to work with. The SV guarantees it's not overdone, and I think the relatively equant shapes helped because there were no "thin bits". I assure you my personal effort was quite minimal!!
