It’s hard to pass up any beef deals right now = way to long cutting and bagging
Found a 22.5 lb boneless for $9.99/lb and it’s been wet aging 2 weeks, then this week local store had whole strip loins for $6.99/lb. Took a really good chunk of the afternoon to cut up as I’ve never separated the cap before, but now have a couple nice cap steaks, 2 rib roasts, a strip roast, and several thick ribeye and strip steaks. Now I got to go clean out the freezer to fit them in.
’Tis the time of year to keep your eye out for deals before it starts getting warm again.
Shhot, send some my way, I currently have a brisket wet aging, 2 rib subprimals and a striploin dry aging. All over the above prime grade. Can never have too much beef!
