A couple of days ago, my butcher sold me beef bacon. IT.WAS.GREAT!! I’m pretty sure some of the forum members have made this and it was probably wayyy better than the store bought bacon. Please let me know of any of your beef bacon recipes so that I can give it a try. Thanks to all!!

I recently used a dry cure on my last batch of bacon. Everyone liked it. Next time I pan to go half & half so I can compare them head to head. The dry cure I did seemed to be for sugar forward.
