    Prime Rib first time

    If you do it reverse sear way, you don't fail a prime rib:

    - I used weber kettle to cook.
    - lychee charcoal
    - brushed with butter/chapped rosemary
    - about five hours slow roast (120C)
    - Internal temperature about 55C-60C

                Beautiful! And excellent photography skills too. That is one of the thickest servings of prime rib I've ever seen, did you manage to eat all that??? And a 2009 Valpolicella...! Very nice.
