    Whole Packer Brisket

    Did you know there is only one brisket on a cow? A whole packer brisket is only half a brisket.

    A whole PBR to you for pointing that out.

    Same goes for chicken, basically. A whole chicken breast includes essentially the entire anterior chest wall.
