    I put just a couple photos in the SUWYC thread, but here's a larger selection... unfortunately it doesn't look possible to sequence them in the order I want, but you'll probably have no trouble figuring out where in the process they're all taken

      Also, it takes time if you have several, but you can also upload and insert one at a time. That’s how I do it. And 99.5% of the time I am on my iPad.

      I got these at our local Mom & Pop butcher, where I've gotten a lot of the meats I've smoked. We also have a grocery chain in these parts, Wegman's, that has really good in-store meat departments and butchers on staff, and I've gotten some great steaks there. These ribs were a little spendy at just under $9 per lb but they were so damn good I just don't care
