    Odd way to butcher a brisket

    I was at the supermarket and saw this. I asked the woman putting the packages in the cooler, and she agreed with me that it wasn't something she was used to seeing either. And, it was expensive, $9.99/lb. That's what I paid for SRF Kobe gold!
