Beef Western Style Ribs Question

Dutch Valley Meats around me are advertising CAB Beef Western Style Ribs on sale for $4.99/lb.

Is this just cut up chuck roast?

I am assuming it would make great shredded beef birria tacos.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I think western-style is another name for country style, which, in pork, are commonly cut from pork sirloins although I think some cut them out of the shoulder. I would expect the beef equivalent to be cut from the shoulder, so yeah, a cut up chuck roast. Hard to say without a picture though.
