    Beef arm roast question

    Never cooked this cut before, I was wanting to make pulled chuckies, so you all think if I smoke these low n slow until probe tender I can pull them? I’m assuming they need low n slow and take them up to around 200 degree? Any idea how long ? 8 + hrs? I’ll be cooking tomorrow so pics to come!     Yes. I would cook just like a chuckie. It is very forgiving so make sure you are probe tender. Each cut is different but I would shoot for 205.
