    Had this last night

    Driving down to Alabama and stopped in Nashville , saw this on the menu ... braised short rib stroganoff, it was delicious, think I’ll try making this at home with a smoked chuckie!       I’ve actually made this dish a couple of times. It’s really amazing and a good crowd pleaser.
