I've been loving the Weber brand since trying.

I recommend mixing A1 with a KC sauce. I have a homemade version of A1 called J1. This is what I used on Friday for my pulled chuck and it tasted really good

MH's Grown Up Mustard Sauce, or some minced horseradish mixed with mayo.

The only sauce that jives with pulled pork and my palate is that Columbia Gold South Carolina number or mayo.

I'm looking forward to trying that, but this is for a pulled beef chuck

MH's grown up Mustard Sauce. If you like tangy mustard then this is just the ticket! Great stuff.

Try making a cheesesteak. Sautéed onions, a cheese of your choice and a nice hero roll. I use a couple of beef love cubes to do the sautéing. Also I like slicing up some jalapenos as well. Dang I just made myself hungry.

I’m going to do pulled beef when I get home and try some Blue Hog’s Tennessee Red sauce on it.

Though I've never tried it on pulled beef, I sincerely hope ya enjoy TN Red as much as I do...
I hardly ever use sauce, but keep this one on hand.
