Wow, sorry to hear that Attjack but thanks for the info. I was about to spring for a bottle of that the other day but obviously now glad I passed on it.

Jessterr I suppose I may have received (I ordered it from Amazon) a spoiled bottle. Hopefully, that the case, but the bottle in my fridge has a nasty bitter edge to it.

Probably a different flavor profile, but it has the brown sugar and the molasses, and cayenne pepper, so it's sweet and spicy:

I make this one a lot. Perhaps you could play around with it and get close to where you want to be.
