There must be something in your vbulletin account settings, browser configuration or internet settings that's causing this issue. Can you clear your browser cache amd cookies, restart browser and try again?

Can we get your help just a little longer? I want to try merging the two IDs to see if we can keep the new IDs access and the old IDs posting and membership data.
