Ummm-mmm that sounds goooood. We love slow smoked chops, slow cooked roasts and the little lady makes an awesome shepard's pie out of ground lamb. None of our family or any of our friends will even touch lamb, too bad for them! Thanks Huskee for posting the recipe.
